You go to petfinder.com, look for cavalier charles spaniels, and you will see the mixes. Same with bichons, looks for bichons, and you will find the mix you want. You might even find some puppies. Buying from a breeder is never the way to go when it comes to mixes. No REAL breeder will ever breed mutts, then sell them. If there was an accidental breeding, a real breeder will look for a rehoming fee, usually one that is refunded after a spay/neuter is preformed, as contracted, which EVERY REAL BREEDER will have.

Nothings free. If you want to be a responsible dog owner, adopt from a pound, or go to AKC.org and find a breeder.
