The footage itself is actually Russian cops showing off their “K9″ dogs… they don’t around in Russia, they train their dogs for blood there. Of course they train the police the same way. Commit a petty crime in Russia… they can lock your up for 18 months without investigation and even before arraignment. Tough place for criminals to be if you get caught (or nailed by a dog lol).
