Did they just shave them too short, or what? I’m trying to look at the video, but can’t tell quite what went wrong.

What did you tell …
What did you tell the groomer to do?
I tell mine exactly how many inches I want the coat to be. and I stay their thru the whole process and make sure of what goes on with my fur-kid same as I would a skin kid.

Yeah, if they were …
Yeah, if they were matted, they’d have to shave them, looks like they used a 3 or 4 from your video, they couldv’e gone shorter than that, used a 7 and they’d look all pink like they had no hair. Also, sometimes there’s miscommunication, you tell the groomer to cut of an inch, and they do, but it ends up you only wanted like 1/2 an inch cut off… cuz the inch ends up being almost all their hair. the head/face does look messy though.

Maybe they were matted. You can’t blame the groomer if they were matted. However, if they weren’t, then they had no business cutting their hair so short. BUT, sometimes customers don’t think their dogs are badly matted when they really are.
