Can certain brands make my dogs sick?

I started feeding my dogs ol roy, and now, all 3 of them cant stop puking. The worst part is, they eat it afterwards. I don’t know if it is the food, or if there is something being passed between them, adn they keep injesting it with the puke. Please, I know this is nasty, and all, but I am serious. I have a small child and am worried it can be passed to her.
OH my goodness yes!!! Ol’Roy is one of the WORST brands you can feed your dogs!
There is so much corn and fillers in that food that a lot of dogs can’t stomache it! Try switching your dogs to a food that has AT LEAST the first two ingrediants of meat!
Make sure to make the change over a week’s time… Slowly switch their food to the new brand. Your dogs will thank you for it!

Did you switch dog foods? If you did it’s all caused because of that. Good luck!

Sorry to be blunt BUT HAVE YOU BEEN LIVING UNDER A ROCK???? We have been talking about the pet food issue for over a year now. Old Roy is one of the WORST brands you can feed your dog. Please go into the archieved questions and read about the dog foods there, or read "Foods Pets Die For". Sheesh. Oh, and maybe think about taking you dogs to the vet? You are killing them with this food.

Ol’ Roy is the crappiest of crap dog foods available. Pure fillers, nothing good about it.
Get the 3 dogs to the vet to rule out illness and switch them to a high quality dog food like Canidae, Innova, Wellness, etc. You might think it’s too expensive to feed them a good food (Which is why I suspect you bought Ol’Roy in the first place), but it will probably be cheaper in the long run because they’ll eat a lot less of it because of the lack of fillers.

sorry, but when you feed crap to a dog, they can not help it when they puke it up. that is one of the 3 worst dog foods you can feed a dog. ol-roy, alpo gravy train, and kibbles-n-bits are about as crappy as you can get. ol-roy has even been on the recall!!!!!! feed a better food. for the record better is not iams, eukanuba, or science diet. those are crap too!!!! i feed solid gold beef and barley. it does cost more, but one good thing about it…IT HAS NEVER BEEN RECALLED !!!! other good foods are wellness, canidae, merrick, chicken soup, taste of the wild, newman’s own , and blue buffalo. just look at the ingredients , you will see. if a food has by-products, corn, sugar { corn syrup }, wheat gluten, animal parts, or soy stay away from them.

there are tons of bad foods but ol roy is the worst of the worst. get rid of it. burn it if you have to. get a good brand like Canidae, Innova, or Chicken Soup brand. these brands wont be available at your local walmart but they are better for the dog than anything you will find at walmart

Have to agree with all the answers above, and, the better quality foods might be more expensive, but, you wouldn’t need to take your dogs to the vet now if you had started with a good quality food! Compare the cost of vet visits over the dog’s lifetime to a few extra dollars a month for a really good quality food, much cheaper! (Also cheaper than pet insurance!)
You wouldn’t feed your children exclusively junk food, why do you think your dogs will thrive on it?
